Habanero Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
5 roma tomatoes, seeded and cut into half
1/2 medium red onion, cut in half
1 clove garlic
1 habanero, cut into quarters (be careful when handling a habanero & wash hands immediately afterwards)
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 cup loosely packed cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions:
Place all ingredients except cilantro and salt into a food processor. Pulse just until everything is well blended but still chunky.
Add chopped cilantro and season with salt.
