Black Bean Salsa Recipe

Ingredients: 

2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (16-ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
3 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 large avocado, peeled and diced
1/3 cup red onion, diced
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper

Directions: 

Place all ingredients in a large bowl & mix well. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Great with tortilla chips or as a side to grilled chicken breast.
Makes appx. 12 servings
